With a skilled driver the tour will not only be informational, but entertaining like a night at a comedy club.

Boston honeymoon dining opportunities are a treat in several ways. Accompanying the fine dinning that can be found in every big city, and there are a number of exquisitely excellent places to enjoy world class cuisine, are some outstanding casual opportunities that will make any honeymoon memorable while extending the budget. For example, have lunch one day at the Boston landmark that the television show “Cheers” was based on and no one will glance twice at you if you want to have your picture taken with the Cheers sign. Moreover, right next to Faneuil Hall you will find Quincy Market which offers an outstanding mix of just about every style of inexpensive food offerings, quaint shops, and street performers making it a great place to stroll as the afternoon winds down or just to stop past for a quick lunch.

Honeymoon day trips abound using Boston as a base. The town of Plymouth, home of the famed Plymouth Rock and the pilgrims first settlement is worth at least a day as the settlement has actors populating the settlement and interacting with the guests as though it were still 1620. Likewise, the communities of Lexington and Concord where one can find the battlefield where the 'shot heard round the world' can be found. Moreover, just outside of Concord find the childhood house of Louisa May Alcott. For anyone who grew up reading Little Women a tour of her house will make a Boston honeymoon all that much more memorable. And while you are there, stop by Walden Pond the basis for Henry David Thoreau's classic novel.

Other day trip opportunities to keep your honeymoon card filled include trips to Salem, home of Nathaniel Hawthorne's famed house of the seven gables and the Salem Witch Trials. If your wedding is in the fall, New England is famous for its spectacularly romantic fall foliage. Viewed with a cup of fresh hot apple cider makes the moment all the more memorable.
